TERMS OF PURCHASING

NOTICE: Purchasers are bound to these TERMS OF PURCHASING as above and so below and as may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.

By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these TERMS OF PURCHASING:

  1. With respect to information received from the Order of Merchants via the services that they provide, purchasers and recipients of information shall act comfortable to:

  • Act responsibly with given information by exercising the care necessary to act honestly, with absence of design or intent to defraud or to seek any unconscionable advantage; and to

  • Understand given information is not legal advice, and is for entertainment purposes; and to

  • Understand that that carrying and sending information retrieved from these services to any external source or website other than www.orderofmerchants.com shall require the obligation of good faith in doing so, binding them to export information honestly, with the absence of design or intent to defraud or to seek any unconscionable advantage in any event or transaction, and shall represent purchasers and recipients inner spirit and own mind; and to
  • Uphold the diligence and reasonableness for the utilization of any part of any information received.

PLEDGE

To secure that all Recipients and Purchasers perform as specified, there shall be a transfer and assignment to the Order of Merchants and its authorized agents a continuing security interest in and lien on the rights of the use of any and all information obtained via the services and performances provided.
