TERMS OF PORT CUSTOMS
NOTICE: Users are bound to these TERMS OF PORT CUSTOMS as above and so below and as amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
Whereas Port means "A place for the loading and unloading of the cargoes of vessels, and the collection of duties or customs upon imports and exports"; and
All posting in the Free Port and Private Ports jointly and severally is bound to the customs of the Order of Merchants, and is subject to the collection of duties placed upon the exportation and importation of information.
GENERAL PROVISION
Posters ("Users") shall habitually practice or take course of action that is common adoption by the Order of Merchants. All actions shall be exactly comfortable to the terms required by these customs and shall be due with the exercise of good faith, diligence, reasonableness and care.
EXPORTATION
Users that carry and send information from the Free Port and Private Ports jointly and severally to any external source or website other than www.orderofmerchants.com shall uphold good faith in doing so, binding them to export information honestly, with the absence of design or intent to defraud or to seek any unconscionable advantage to any event or transaction, and shall represent Users inner spirit and own mind.
IMPORTATION
Users that carry and send information to the Free Port and Private Ports jointly and severally from any other website or external source of information, shall uphold good faith in doing so, binding them to import information honestly, with the absence of design or intent to defraud or to seek any unconscionable advantage, and shall represent user's inner spirit and own mind.
GOOD FAITH
Users shall be faithful to the customs imposed with honesty in fact with the observance or reasonable commercial standards of fair dealing and uphold the virtues that maintain a reputable character.
DILIGENCE
Users shall be faithful to the customs imposed in a zealous and careful nature.
REASONABLENESS
Users shall be be faithful to the customs imposed in a seasonable nature.
CARE
Users shall exercise the ordinary care and fair course of dealing.
PLEDGE
To secure that all Users perform these duties, there shall be a transfer and assignment to the Order of Merchants and its authorized agents a continuing security interest in and lien on the rights of importation and exportation of information to and from Free Port and Private Ports jointly and severally; and
the Rights of being a Member; and
the Rights to use any and all information discovered from the Free Port and Private Ports jointly and severally or from the website www.orderofmerchants.com and its various pages.
The Order of Merchants remains authorized to file, perfect, or amend any notice
